ON THE HIRING LINE: Is anyone out there being pro-active on filling openings?

The focus has been on HR, on Resumes, on Candidates safe or otherwise.

While job seekers are out there networking, are the "hire-ups" doing any networking? i.e.: "We're looking for a project manager for..." "Does anyone know anyone who...?”

No two people are alike. That is reality. Whereas Data does not lie nor does it pass a judgment. It is for the individual to interpret it. But do not expect others to accept it for its face value
